One of the aims of IFTL’s human resources policy is to ensure a working environment which is characterised by equal treatment, motivation, the possibility to develop within the group and the ability to discuss issues with all other personnel irrespective of hierarchies. Conduct within the company and vis-à-vis our stackholders which is within the law, responsible and respectful is particularly important in this context. In order to clarify this, the principles of good conduct have been summarized in RUHIL’S code of conduct. This code is prepared on the basis of recognised standards such as convention of the international labour organisation.
