Code of Conduct

IFL’s code of conduct contains stipulations on:

1. Complying with the law
2. Prohibition of discrimination and mobbing
3. Remuneration and other benefits
4. Working hours
5. Prohibition of child labour
6. Prohibition of forced labour
7. Freedom of assembly and collective wage agreement negotiations.
8. Occupational health and safety environment.

Ruhil’s commits to ensure that this code of conduct is respected at all of its facilities by all of its personnels. Similarly, Ruhil’s expects its business partners also to act in line with the requirements laid down in this code.
